Create your account on our platform to access our extensive database of Japanese auction vehicles. Registration is free and gives you immediate access to thousands of vehicles.

Make a Deposit to Bid

Browse our extensive database of vehicles from all major Japanese auto auctions. Use our advanced search filters to find vehicles that match your requirements for make, model, year, mileage, and budget.

Search for your ideal car

Each auction vehicle comes with a detailed inspection report. Our team can help translate and explain these reports, highlighting important information about the vehicle's condition, including any defects or issues.

Place your bids

Once you've found a vehicle you're interested in, set your maximum bid amount. Our professional bidders will represent you at the auction, using strategic bidding techniques to secure your vehicle at the best possible price.

Wait for the results

If your bid is successful, we'll guide you through the payment process. Once payment is confirmed, we handle all necessary paperwork, including export certificates and shipping documentation, ensuring a smooth process.

Receive invoice and Pay balance

We arrange for your vehicle to be transported to the nearest port and loaded onto a vessel bound for your destination. You'll receive regular updates on your shipment status, including expected arrival dates.

Wait for Shipment and documents

We provide guidance on the customs clearance process in your country. Depending on your location, we can recommend trusted customs agents who can assist with the import procedures and any necessary inspectible.

BID TERMS

  1. The deadline for regular bids is 9:00 JST.
  2. All bids (including supplementary bids) must be submitted at least 1 hour before the start time.
  3. The bid price is the maximum price, but we may exceed it by up to ¥20,000 JPY if necessary.
  4. Cancellations, price changes and other reports will only be accepted in the auction system.
  5. In case you wish to cancel your order for your own reasons AFTER your car has been purchased, we may claim a portion of the deposit as compensation.

CIF AMOUNT= Final Bid Price + Service Charge + Other Cost + Ocean Freight

SERVICE CHARGE DETAILS

For each winning bid, our service fee will be

JPY 65,000+(Final Bid Price×3.3%) per unit

Our service fee included:

  • Local Transport Fee (Maximum 10,000 JPY)
  • Export documents fee
  • JapanAuc Commission

Other Cost

  • Pre-ship Inspection
  • Insurance
  • Auction Negotiation Fee (If buy with negotiation or one-price)
  • Additional Local Transport Fee (If over 10,000 JPY)

Ocean Freight

  • Actual Freight incurred
  • Container Vanning Fee (if using container shipping）

* For Trucks, Over-sized vehicles, Lowered down vehicles and Other special vehicles, there will be some special auction and transport fee, please ask case by case.

PAYMENT

If your bid is successful, you will be invoiced on the working day after the auction date.

The buyer should pay 100% of the invoiced amount by the due date.

DUE DATE: 10 CALENDER DAYS AFTER THE AUCTION DATE.

Frequently Asked Questions

Which countries can you ship cars to?

We can ship to almost all countries except sanctioned countries, also buyers should ensure that their country can accept used cars from Japan.

Is the deposit refundable?

Yes, you can refund your deposit after you have paid all the bills, it may take 1~2 week to refund.

Do you accept L/C (Letter of Credit) payment?

Yes, we can accept the Letter of Credit, there will be an additional L/C fee, also there are some strictions from our bank, please contact us to discuss details.

Can I find and buy LHD vehicles at Japan car auctions?

Yes, there are some LHD vehicles available at Japanese car auctions, mainly from European brands such as Mercedes Benz, Porsche, Royce-Rolls, Bentley etc.

Which kind of shipping will be used? RoRo or Container Vessel?

It depends on total cost and speed, it is decided by your side, we will give you some suggestions for shipping.

How long does it take from auction to ship-out from Japan?

It depends on container vanning and vessel schedule, usually it takes about 3~4 weeks from auction to ship-out from Japan port.
